The different configuration EXF-110 Full automatic batch polyurethane foaming machine can produce various kinds of PU  foam, from 5kg/m3to 100kg/m3 density. It can produce regular foam, high-resilience foam, super soft foam and memory foam.  We have nearly 30years experience in PU foaming equipment, we also supply productive technology for our value customer.  Our technicians have nearly 30years experience in PU production technology. Now, we are developed EXF-110 PU production  equipment with latest technology.

EXF-110E has high degree of digitalization, automation and intelligence. It is equipped with international famous brands and  has many advanced functions. The control system is Siemens S7-200 PLC and 10”HMI, use Viking pump from USA.
