EJB-10B/10C/15C Automatic Foam Re bonding Machine
EJB-10B foam re-bonding machine is mainly used for foam flocks mix with glue, then dropped down into the mold which goes under hydraulic pressure to shape foam block in request density and size. EJB-10B is equipped complete functions for production which is foam flocks and glue mixing, pressure shaping, mould opening and discharged.

EJB-15C automatic foam re-bonding machine is upgrade base on EJB-10C which larger mixing drum, top weighing stock bin and main structure. So it’s good at produce big size foam or density more than 120D.
Except the functions of EJB-10C, EJB-15C also has the following functions
● 15m³ mixing drum and top weighting stock bin
● Diameter of principal axis improved to 140mm
● Mixing motor change to 11kw
● Equipped with 15kw inverter
