EF-60 full automatic mattress compress and roll packing production line is new developed by ESUN company, machine is used for automatic film packing, compression, sealing, folding and roll packing for multi kinds of mattress. The whole packaging production process is full automatic control, very high efficiency, max production speed is only 45seconds for pack one mattress. It is very easy for operation, reduce a lot of labor cost, improved the packaging quality, insure the consistency and stability for each production batch. This is necessary equipment for large production capacity and high level mattress manufacturer. EF-60 is development upgrade base on EF-50, except with all function of EF-50, the final roll compressor diameter is adjustable, very flexible production. EF-60 is very suitable to mattress manufacturer which in high level quality, large production capacity and mattress model is multifarious.
