Base on ECL-120, ECL-120D has removed the traditional CAM group, which is totally digital servo controlled to produce spring. It can produce different specification spring more conveniently and adjust the spring shape more precisely by digital.

ECL-120 equipped an 8-inch touch screen; digital control wire feeding length with mechanical coiling head, the diameter, height, turns of the spring are adjusted by the CAM; except wiring feeding motor use servo motor, other motor use AC reducer+inverter control; the mechanical arm is not independently driven and using a chain transmission device to operate. ECL-120D equipped an 10-inch touch screen; full digital control coiling head; the diameter, height, turns of the spring are adjusted by digital system from touch screen; servo motor + precision planetary reducer, patent design end ring diameter finetuning device; the mechanical arm is driven by an independent servo system, which is faster and more accurate.
