The different configuration ECF-E Full automatic vertical cylinder block polyurethane foaming machine can produce various kinds of PU  foam, from 12kg/m3to 60kg/m3 density. It can produce regular foam, flame-retardant foam, flame lamination foam and high density shoe  foam. We have nearly 30years experience in PU foaming equipment, the oldest of automatic horizontal PU foam production line which  manufacture by ESUN still in using from 1995. We also supply productive technology for our value customer. Our technicians have nearly 30  years’ experience in PU production technology. Now, we are developed ECF-E cylinder block PU foaming equipment with latest technology,  and it keeping upgrades. ECF-E has high degree of digitalization, automation and intelligence. It is equipped with international famous brands and has many  advanced functions, it has Siemens S7-200 PLC and 10” HMI, use Kracht pump from Germany. It also equipped digital flow meter and fullauto flow close loop control system. ECF-E is very suitable for the requirements of modern foam production enterprises.
